Turbulent couple are officially selling their sprawling home for $5,499,000. Khloe and Lamar paid $3,950,000 for the spread in December 2009 – shortly after they married in a lavish wedding ceremony, after just one month of dating.
Lavish guard-gated Mulholland Park custom built home located at the end of a private enclave cul-de-sac and features the 8,000+ square feet of living space. The 10-year old home contains 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, stone floors, a theater. The bedrooms are outfitted with “exquisite designer details” including textured wallpaper, tumbled stone, and mosaic accents. That includes the master suite that showcases city views and boasts custom built-ins and a mosaic-tiled fireplace enhance the room.
Outside, Khloe and Lamar’s Tarzana home has huge lawns, an outdoor kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a bbq bit. There is also a dramatic courtyard and resort-grade swimming pool with gorgeous covered patio areas for dining and entertaining, as well as parking space for 15 cars.
“This, in and of itself, is heartbreaking and torture to my soul,” Kardashian wrote on Twitter, referring to the breakup of her four-year marriage after a long rocky patch that included rumors of estranged husband Lamar Odom’s infidelity and drug use.
