The St. Regis Monarch Beach, a Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five-Diamond awarded resort is the best address for beach, golf and spa. This prestigous resort nestled along the pristine shores of the Pacific Ocean in Dana Point, California expanded its business and launches a designer swimsuit valued at $2,600. For this venture, the haute Orange County resort teamed up with Brit Barber of BeachCandy Swimwear. The owner of the luxury swimwear company designed the two-piece bespoke suit, which is part of a Spring 2014 one-of-a-kind swimwear collection.
In the BeachCandy for St. Regis Monarch Beach swimsuits, these women will feel their best on vacation, look beautiful, and stand out from the crowd,” said Brit Barber.
Handmade with an ornate Swarovski crystal-candied halter-tie top and a sleek high-waisted bottom in black and gold, the suit worth whopping $2,600. Additionally, its fabric is made of a high-performance nylon spandex blend, with double lining and power mesh insertions for resilience and strength over time. It required more than 15 hours of hand-stitching to apply each of the Swarovski black, gold, and bronze crystal beads to its neckline.
This one-of-a-kind couture edition of the BeachCandy for St. Regis Monarch Beach swimsuit is available by special order. The resort has also unveiled two ready-to-wear and affordable versions of the suit, also inspired by the couture design and will be available behinning in Spring 2014 at the Resort’s Spa Gaucin. Guests can opt for an elegant monokini or a beautiful two-piece suit. This custom swimwear collection will only be available at the Resort and will be made in limited quantities.
