Kelly Osbourne has reportedly listed her home in West Hollywood for sale with an asking price of $1.34 million. According to the Trulia Blog, the young singer-songwriter with purple bobbed hair purchased the place for $1.19 million in 2005. Designed by Robert Byrd in 1952, Kelly’s home is a 1,250 square feet and has one bedroom and two bathrooms. An open floor-plan, large glass windows and doors, hardwood flooring and beamed ceilings make up the interiors giving it a minimalistic yet sleek look. Outside there is a large sitting area in the back and a lush private garden with chic entertaining areas in the front.
Apparently, Kelly hasn’t lived in the home for a while. She has been renting an apartment in Beverly Hills, which Lindsay Lohan once lived in.
