Land Rover celebrates 25th anniversary of its Discovery model, and on this occasion they have prepared a new special edition of the current model. It is a Discovery XXV special edition which is based on a version of HSE Luxury. Land Rover, for Discovery XXV special edition, has prepared among other, Causeway Grey color, Narvik Black frame front grill and mirrors, silver roof rails, a set of alloy wheels of 20 inches, XXV labels, as well as Windsor leather in the interior.
The engine is a 3.0 liter turbo-diesel SDV6 engine with 252Hp, acceleration from 0 to 60 mph takes 8.8 seconds and top speed is 112mph. Land Rover Discovery XXV special edition will be available in the fourth quarter of this year, at a cost of about 63,000 pounds($105,000). Just to mention, that Land Rover is, from 1989 until now, produced 1.088 million copies of various Discovery models.
