Holly Hunter is selling her Manhattan apartment she bought from Julia Roberts. Oscar-winning actress purchased the pad for $4.1 million, and now is asking $8.7 million for it. Hunter bought the Greenwich Village apartment after she took up with her longtime beau, actor Gordon MacDonald, and transformed it into a charmingly home befitting a family with two young children. Stunning 3,000 square-foot corner apartment features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home also has two separate offices and a large kitchen with ample seating space.
The apartment is in the Beaux Arts-style building which was originally constructed in 1905. According to The Real Estalker, the pad has hefty monthly maintenance charges of $5,941 and loads of original architectural detailing including coved ceilings and beautifully maintained original wood work.
