The first motorcycle made of gold, coming from Denmark. The creator of this truly unique, interesting, golden motorcycle is not known Danish jeweler, but a custom bike builder Uffe Lauge Jansen. The bike was named the ‘Gold Bike’ and is made in just one copy. Lauge Jansen is his “jewel” completely overlaid with 24 karat gold and 268 diamonds. How much gold bars Jensen has been spent on this treatment is not known, but it is known that gold motorcycle is not designed for selling, but is intended for exhibitions at luxury fairs.
However, if he decide to sell this motorcycle, its value would reach around $880,000, which is a real bargain if you already have in your garage a gold car. Just to mention that the Lauge Jensen Golden Bike is powered by an 1807cc twin cylinder engine and has a crocodile leather seat to match with its gold body.
