The Dreamer is vintage-style bike by Peace Bicycle. Los Angeles-based company launched a Kickstarter campaign for the Dreamer, under the “buy a bike, give a bike” slogan – for every purchase they’ll donate a cycle to someone in need. This is a concept for commuting on two wheels, combining the upright position and full protection of the elements found in a classic dutch-style urban commuter; and the comfort ride of a typical american beach cruiser.
The company produced the Peace Dreamer Step-thru and Straight-bar Bicycles. Bothe models come with a fast 7-speed transmission, pot-hole friendly balloon tires and an upright-riding-position frame design. A spring-loaded saddle and a riser handlebar are added to improve the comfort. The bikes come fully equipped with clothing protection accessories (chain guard, spoke guard, fenders).
