The stunning property, which is called The Garwood Residence was built in 1970’s by the world-renowned architect John Lautner and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Inspired by the award winning luxury brand, Aman Resorts, the magnificent gated 3,650 sq ft estate boasts stunning views of the ocean, a landscaped garden fit for entertaining, a pebble stone pool, tennis court nd ample recreation area all surrounded by lush greenery.
