Luann de Lesseps of Bravo’s Real Housewives of New York City once again had to cut the price of her sprawling Hamptons farmhouse. After more than three months on the market sprawling estate at 280 Highland Terrace, Bridgehampton, NY 11932 has been lowered for another $255,000 this week. She first listed it in December at $9.995 million, telling the Wall Street Journal, “It feels like Idaho. There’s a wide-open feeling.” Now, her property overlooks 54 acres of preserved farm fields and which is next to the Bridgehampton Golf Course can be purchased for $8.995 million.
The 6,500-square-foot home sits on a 2.2-acre lot and is comprised of six bedrooms and seven full and one half bathrooms. It also includes a sauna and fireplace in the master suite, a gourmet kitchen and living room with a fireplace and English country-style bar, a formal dining room, a dining patio with capacity to seat 24 people and a library. The master suite also has double French doors that open to a patio and trellis overlooking the immaculate grounds.
On the outside, there is expansive landscaped area, which hosts a tennis court, large patios, a heated gunite pool and especially-marked areas for entertainment. The property also includes a separate pool house with a den, kitchenette, loft, full bath and a three-car garage.
