As we already wrote ultra luxe the glass-walled Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York is available only to world’s most discerning and ultra rich connoisseurs. Here is a first look at its top-floor penthouse duplex (he design details and one exterior shot of the penthouse). This $60 million duplex space – which crowns the striking, 50-story glass tower features 7,381 square feet of interior floor space, plus a 417-square foot balcony. The duplex has five bedrooms and 5.5 baths (the master with a floating sculptural tub).
The exterior of the sleek tower was designed by Skidmore Owings & Merrill, the residences inside by Tony Ingrao. Among Ingrao’s design choices: custom bronze-work crackled with crystal, modern furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture the natural light outside and reflect a shimmering brilliance throughout each space. He is also making sure to incorporate a Baccarat chandelier as a signature feature in the foyer of each residence, to reinforce the branding and known style of the brand.
Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York is set to be complete late this year.
