Finally an ordinary metal faucet can go to the history, and now we can enjoy the magic mixing cold and hot water to create warm water. Philippe Starck designed the Axor Starck V, a new transparent glass faucet which illustrates the vitality of water. The Axor Starck V serves the technical function of a faucet and combines it with the visual experience of watching water form a swirling vortex and “free-fall” into the washbasin. Suitable for the bath or kitchen, this innovative faucet brings the magic into your home when the mixer is turned on. A water vortex is created – and sent rushing up the glass spout where it cascades out like a waterfall.
Presented at Salone del Mobile 2014 in Milan, the Axor Starck V collection includes options in white, chrome or brass. The single lever operated faucets come in tall (high riser), short (regular), Two hole (the lever is separate from the faucet) and with your choice of left or right levers.
