American millionaire and philanthropist John Striker sold his luxury apartment in New York for $42 Million. Striker bought in 2002, for $12.8 Million dollars, two adjacent apartment, which was then the most expensive apartment sale in the history of New York’s Upper West Side. Striker merged apartments, transforming them into a penthouse and now went well on this sale. Apartment of 600 square meters is located on top of the famous building, Prasada, which was built from 1905 till 1907. There are 12 rooms, four of which are bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, four bathrooms and a library.
With a 600 square meter, an anonymous buyer bought the 230 square meters of external space that includes two terraces. Throughout the apartment extends 45 windows, so the new owner will have great view on Central Park and the panorama of New York City.
