Retired NBA star Vlade Divac is looking to sell in Southern California. During the 16 seasons he played for NBA, the 7’1″ center from Serbia made more than $93 million, so he could afford this striking home in L.A’s Pacific Palisades. Nestled in Castellammare, an exclusive community nuzzled in between Malibu and Santa Monica, Divac’s weird-looking modern home offers some 4,384 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
Some luxury amenities include a master suite with three walk-in closets, yoga room, a wine cellar, an angled skylights for natural lighting and a private balcony with canyon views. Outside, there’s a tiered deck with a Jacuzzi and outdoor dining area with ocean view.
Divac and his wife, Ana, originally purchased the property in 2004 for $2.5 million. In addition to being offered as a luxury lease over the years, the retired athlete’s home was briefly offered for sale in the summer of 2013 for the current list price.
