Selena Gomez has reportedly just listed her home in Tarzana for sale with an asking price of $3.49 million. This sprawling property in California was actually her spare estate, which she bought in 2011 for $2,17 million. If she managed to sell it, she’ll make a good deal. She also has a mega mansion in the nearby area of Calabasas. Gomez’s 6,630 square-feet ranch style property she decided to sell looks like a number of mini houses in one, with multiple designer appointed wings perfect for guests or extended entourages.
The house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and the interiors show French windows and wooden doors, dark paneled hardwood flooring and high tray ceilings.
