Melissa Arnette or better known as Missy Elliott sold her property in Aventura, Florida for $1.45 million. Although she asked $1.92 million for the property, her deal can be considered good, since she paid $1,3 million for the 4,740-square-foot abode, which purchased in 2002. Her former mansion with beautiful panoramic views of Aventura sits on the 19th floor of the 32-story residential apartment building “Residence du Cap” and features four-bedroom and five-bathroom.
Other amenities includes a media room, four terraces, a marble master bath, marble floors and a wet bar. The building itself boasts a spa, marina and 16 tennis courts. It also offers several on-site restaurants and pool services with private attendees, and not to forget the beach just a few steps away! The only thing that new owner has to change is the huge word “Missy” shimmering in gold which occupies the central place in the living room.
