Today we’re living fast and stressful life and lot of people feel depressed and alone. Sometimes, all they need is cuddle. But would you pay $400 for one? Have you ever hear for professional cuddling? Yes, you see right, The Snuggle Buddies is an organization which offers its brand of “touch therapy” to clients along the East Coast and boasts a mission to remove loneliness and the symptoms it creates from the world through platonic interaction. They claims depression, anxiety, and stress have all shown to be improved with therapeutic touch. Also on offer is a completely platonic outside companionship service for people that don’t want to go alone to venues.
Prices range from $60 an hour to $400 for a full night’s sweet embrace. If you have some filthy thoughts, the organization stipulates that all clients must sign an agreement agreeing that no sexual activity of any kind with snugglers will take place.
A former employee who recently answered questions about her job for a Reddit AMA did admit to having a client lick her eyebrows, but says she had “no qualms and it actually kind of tickled.”
