At the auction, which will be on May 24 in the UK organized by Silverstone Auctions, will be offered a red BMW Z1, which has so far only driven 197km(122 miles). Otherwise, the car was produced in 1990 for a customer from Sweden. BMW Z1 was a concept introduced in 1987 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, while the production model was in production between 1989 and 1991 when it was made 8,000 pieces.
The car runs 2.5-liter six-cylinder with 170Hp, paired with a five-speed manual transmission. Silverstone Auctions expects that the car will be sold for 50,000 to 60,000 pounds (from $84,000 to $100,000).
