If the privacy is the most important thing during your vacation, and you don’t want the staff bother you, then you can request that your drink delivers drone, at least if you are staying in a California hotel. The Casa Madrona hotel, in Sausalito, outside San Francisco, offers an unusual service – drone waiters intended only for guests who are staying in the property’s signature 5,000 square-foot master residence, The Alexandrite Suite, which costs $10,000 a night. While the drone is included with the price of the room, the cost for the bottles is not.
“We were brainstorming fun ways for luxury travelers coming through,” hotel spokeswoman Lindsay Weightman told the Daily News of its creation. “One thing kind of led to another and the champagne drone drop was born!”
Machine with four “arms” has space for two bottles of champagne. Guests who have $25,000 to pay for one night and rent a villa with 11 rooms can enjoy this service without extra cost. And,
Since the wealthy guests of this hotel are very satisfied with drone-waiters, the hotel is currently working on customizing mini drones to deliver cookies as well as other supplies.
