Legendary Swiss watch brand Breitling has just unveiled the new member of the brand’s dive-style watch family for 2014. Superocean Chronograph Steelfish combines the legendary performances of their Superocean diver with a new even sportier and more technical look for the deep. This aptly named model is an authentic seagoing instrument. The 44mm stainless steel case is satin-brushed on the top surfaces and polished on the sides, enhanced by a screw-locked crown with protective reinforcements and chrono-pushers that cannot be activated until they are unlocked.
The unidirectional, ratcheted bezel features black rubber-inlaid numerals. Its dial is with large Arabic numerals, while its markers and hands are treated with luminescence, as well as oversized day-date windows at 6 o’clock. The watch houses the Breitling Caliber 13, a COSC-certified automatic chronograph movement.
Breitling Superocean Chronograph Steelfish available in a choice of three dials: Mariner Blue, Stratus Silver or Volcano Black. It is fitted with a steel bracelet or rubber strap. Retail is $6,280.
