The Stanford Court Hotel, in the Nob Hill district of San Francisco offers the Google Glass Explorer package. This limited experience offers guests one Google Glass device to use while staying on property for two nights. Guests will also enjoy overnight accommodations in a deluxe room, a delectable breakfast in the hotel’s Aurea Café, and a nightly beverage in Aurea Lounge to savor the new locally-sourced beverage program which offers craft brews, regional wines, and Hangar 1 Vodka and St. George Spirits on tap.
Upon check-in guests will receive a brief tutorial and receive a creative ‘Guide to Glass’ handout which also instructs on how to not be a “Glasshole.” Adventurous guests will be encouraged to partake in a social media contest, whereby they capture three photos of San Francisco landmarks using Google Glass, and post them to Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter with the hashtag #stanfordcourtsf, in order to receive a complimentary appetizer.
