Just as he vowed to continue pursuing his $1-billion lawsuit against the NBA this week, Donald Sterling continues to prove being the successful businessman. His holdings include more than 160 properties, some dating to the 1960s, and the last deal is that Sterling has listed a Spanish-style home in Beverly Hills for rent at $15,500 a month. Listing records of the home state that the residence is a 3,315-square-feet, single family home, comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Built in 1921, the home features exposed-beam ceilings, French doors, hardwood built-ins and flooring and a varying color scheme. Blue painted kitchen has a center island and stainless steel appliances. The living room, which sports a magenta hue, has a wet bar.
There is a detached guest house, which has one bedroom, a bathroom an office, and fireplace as well. Outside, there is a pool with a spa and ample lounging area.
Sterling purchased the property for $3.99 million in April 2013. Michael Libow of Coldwell Banker is the listing agent.
Sterling and his now-separated wife Shelly purchased about 12 single-family homes in Beverly Hills from 2013 through April 2014 and the purchases total to $58.2 million. More recently, Sterling dropped $5.16 million on a house in the same area.
