As an official partner of Porsche, the famous brand Chopard, has designed a limited edition model called Superfast Chrono, Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Edition, for the legendary race “Le Mans 24 Hours” which was held from 14 to 15 of June in 2014. This watch will carry Porsche drivers, including the famous Australian Mark Webber. Chopard Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Edition is a model which is certainly the superlative among sports watches. The new timepiece is inspired by racing car Porsche 919 Hybrid, and is made in a symbolic number of 919 copies.
Stainless steel case has a diameter of 45mm and a height of 15.18 mm, and its water-resistance of up to 100m depth. The glass on the watch is made of Sapphire. On the back side of the transparent cover bears the words “Official Timing Partner of Porsche Motorsport.” The dial of the new model is silver with red accents. Sub dial chronograph hands are in red, and on one of them is written, in red, and symbolic number “919”.
Watch has 45 jewels and a power reserve of 60 hours. Chopard Superfast Chrono Porsche 919 Edition watches are available on a black rubber bracelet with overlapping steel buckle.
