Last year, the power forward of Brooklyn Nets asked $4.85 million for his majestic contemporary estate. Garnett and his wife Brandi bought the property in 2007 and paid $4.65 million for it, so they made a loss on the sale. Sleek and modern house at 75 Buttricks Hill Dr, Concord, MA 01742 sits on a secluded 12-acre parcel overlooking a pond, and features the 11,000-square-foot of living space with five bedrooms and five full and one half bathrooms.
The home also has a wine cellar, media room and, of course, a gym fit for a champion. An open floor plan with large floor-to-ceiling windows create a light-filled space, all with views of the wooded land surrounding the home.
