Four Seasons is following the trend of launching website for vacation rental properties. As expected from luxury Canadian-based hotel brand, the properties on offer on their new website must be luxurious and includes 13 destination, such as San Diego; Whistler, B.C.; Marrakech, Morocco; the Seychelles; and Bali. New website, vacationrentals.fourseasons.com, lets visitors search by geography or areas of interest. Further, users can target their search based on the number of guests, rooms, square footage and price to find the ideal holiday home to meet their needs.
With each reservation, guests can also book a private chef or chauffeur, and request services such as a fully stocked fridge, housekeeping, fitness facilities, and a childproofed home before arrival.
“We’re seeing a steady increase in multi-generational and small group travel, guests who want to get away with children, grandparents or groups of friends to celebrate holidays or mark special moments. And these guests are looking at residential options,” said Jose Soriano, vice-president of worldwide operations in a statement.
Toronto-based Four Seasons is looking to spur revenue beyond its core business of luxury hotels. In April, the company said it would start flying Four Seasons-branded jets for luxury tours, starting next year.
