Anne Hathaway has finally found a buyer for her Brooklyn condo which was last priced at $4.25 million. Academy Award-winning actress and her husband never even moved in. Instead, she reportedly used it to store her designer outfits. Although Hathaway used it as a dumping ground, the home is spacious and has some amazing views of the Brooklyn Bridge and the cityscape. The residence is located in the Dumbo (“Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass”) neighborhood. The two-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom nest has a 2,592-square-feet with giant master suite, a library, a media room, 11-foot, high concrete beamed ceilings and hardwood floors.
There is modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a cozy sitting area. The building also has a gym and a roof deck.
The “Devil Wears Prada” star purchased apartment for $4.1 million last year with then- fiance Adam Shulman, but she managed to sell it only after two attempts. Hathaway first listed the home last September for $4.9 million, but took it off the market in December. The listing resurfaced last month and the price was cut to $4.25 million.
