Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft Ltd chose European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition to introduce its innovations – Pilatus PC-24 … This super versatile jet was presented at the aforementioned convention which was held in Geneva in May last year, and now, a year later, the company received the first order for new aircraft. The first will be delivered in August this year. The new jet has been developed on the basis of customer response which really liked model PC-12, but all they want something a little more than an ordinary plane powered by turbines.
Novelty, or PC-24 runs dual Williams FJ44-4A turbo-prop engines that contain a lot of power, which gives this plane the possibility of reaching a maximum speed of 787 km per hour. It has a range of 2,245 miles, and it can comfortably accommodate ten passengers, requiring only one pilot to manage.
The first range of jets which brand announced already sold out, and their price was $9 million.
