Mercedes has completed the offer of the S Class Coupe, with the most powerful AMG version, and with the engine that produces 630Hp. Top model, in style, is slightly different from the Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe, which had its premiere in April. In a new model, Mercerdes has changed the design of the rear diffuser and aluminum wheels, which can be seen through the golden yellow brake calipers, and also the designation “V12 Biturbo” on the front wing, which reveals the nature of the engine under the hood.
It is a well-known 6.0 liter twelve-twin-turbo gasoline engine that are used in a sedan version of the new S-class. The engine is able to deliver a 630Hp (463 kW) and 1000 Nm of torque. That’s enough that Mercedes S65 AMG Coupe accelerate from 0 to 60mph in 4.1 s before it reaches a maximum electronically limited 155mph on a model for the European market, or 186mph for an American version.
Power is transmitted to the rear wheels with AMG SPEEDSHIFT PLUS 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission. The car comes with the 20-inch alloy wheels, and tire size 255/40 R 20 (front) and 285/35 R 20 (rear). Starting price for Mercedes S65 AMG is $332,500, and sales begin in September.
