Rumors say Kim Kardashian and Kanye West consider selling their $11 million dream home in Bel-Air, which purchased together last year. Allegedly, the reason is they’re tired of struggling to complete remodeling their dream home, so they’re now in talks to sell the place even before moving their things in. Kim and Kanye are “perfectionists” and making their home perfectly theirs “has been exhausting for them.”
The 9,000 square-foot mansion located in Bel-Air includes five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and has been under renovation for more than a year and a half.
The couple planned on turning the residence into an Italian-style mansion complete with a movie theater, a state-of-the-art gym, makeup and hair salon. Along with the exquisite amenities, the home was also to boast of an outdoor pool, basketball court and a bowling alley. They also planned to build a whole nanny-wing dedicated to their one-year-old daughter North West. More recently, some tabloids reported that Kanye was building an in-house hospital to protect Kim and North.
For now, Kardashian and West are staying at Kris Jenner’s family pad before listing their renovated house.
