After selling two properties in the Hollywood area of Los Angeles for a total of $3.29 million, Chris Brown decided to move into 8,128 square-foot San Fernando Valley. For his new nest, he has to pay $15,500 a month. Luxury mansion in the Mulholland Highway area of the Malibu Hills boasts all amenities that make up the ultimate party palace, which he already tested. The 25-year-old musician hosted a big party at the house over the past weekend.
A sprawling, furnished estate features 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, a dance floor, commercial ice-cream bar, billiards room, private dance studio, a clubhouse, a tennis court, a motor court that leads to a 75-car garage and pool amenities as well. The house is just 10 minutes from the beach.
Shortly after settling in, TMZ reported one of Brown’s new neighbor isn’t too pleased with his neighborhood’s newest addition. The opinionated neighbor has been quoted saying that he would shoot the singer if he were to ever step foot onto his property. Well, well … watch out Chris, you’re not the only one who’s dangerous!
