The first guests arrived from Western Europe, England and Russia, and the official opening is scheduled for August 27. Official investor of Tivat’s first five-star hotel is the “PM Hotels,” the daughter-company of “Adriatic Marinas”, which together with the architectural heritage of Kotor, has invested over 55 million euros into construction. Teese came in Tivat through the French agency “The Duke”, who decided that the proceed from the sale goes to charity Foundation “Petrovic Njegosh”.
