Property developers Sun Hung Kai Properties is selling his new condo apartment in the Twelve Peaks development for a whopping $105.7 million. “House 1”, one of the 15 houses of the development, located in the Victoria Peaks neighborhood spans 4,661 square feet, so if sell that would be the world’s most expensive home ever sold on a per square foot basis (HK$175,735 per square foot). The four bedroom home has only just been recently constructed and includes private pool, a small garden, rooftop terrace and a two-car garage.
Those interested will be buoyed by a 3%discounted offer to the first buyer if the deal is made within five months. Sun Hung Kai is also offering a 11.75% rebate on the 15% buyer’s stamp duty.
Bloomberg is reporting that the home was initially up for auction, but failing to find potential bidders, the developers have put it up for sale for the record price.
