The 5,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style Los Angeles bachelorette pad is located at 3028 Paulcrest Dr, a private cul de sac in the heart of the Hollywood Hills. The house features five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a fireplace, a home movie theater for eight people and a pool with a hot tub. According to Zillow, the house sports beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors and an open floor plan. It also features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give way to a huge entertaining patio around the pool, with spectacular views of the city, as well as a Crestron security system. “Million-Dollar Listing LA” stars Josh and Matt Altman are representing the pregnant star’s house.
Kunis purchased the property for $2.885 million in 2008, and she is now hoping to sell it for $3.995 million. Their new home is a 7,351-square-foot single-family home and has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The deal was reportedly an off-market one.
