Kim Kardashian recently checked out a $50 million Greenwich Village penthouse perched atop the new condo building at 66 E. 11th St, New York City. According to the NY Post Kim is not comfortable in Kanye’s pre-marital bachelor pad, so she wants a more appropriate family home in Manhattan. Units at the building which is also home to actor Leonardo DiCaprio, is called “the jewel of Hidden Hills,” and as its name suggest includes a lot of luxury amenities.
There’s a floating, hand-crafted metal staircase, an elevator and a 2,200-square-foot private roof terrace.The health-conscious luxury condo includes vitamin-C filtered showers and circadian-rhythm lighting made to flow with sleep patterns. Other fancy details include acoustic dampening floors and antimicrobial coating on some highly trafficked surfaces, filtered water and an herb garden in the state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen.
“The simplest way to understand what this home is capable of doing is to think of it like a 24-hour carwash that works on the human body,” Paul D. Scialla, co-founder and the managing partner of Delos building, told the New York Times in an earlier interview.
