Interior designer and television personality Faye Resnick has sold her Hollywood Hills home for $2.29 million. She purchased the house in December 2012 for $1.6 million. In February, this year she listed the residence for $2.45 million, and took it off in April. Some rumors say that Jake Huston, Angelica Huston’s nephew, is the buyer. Glamorous two-story residence, off the Sunset Strip, has a “Federalist/New Orleans” style exterior, while the interior is “French/traditional,” according to the listing, held by The Agency’s Mauricio Umansky and his step-daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie.
Located in a private neighborhood of Hollywood hills, the home built in 1948 covers an area of about 2,567 square feet and comprise of three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The house has a cozy fireplace in the living area, upstairs and a state-of-the-art central kitchen.
