The latest news or rumor is that Katie Holmes and her eight-year-old daughter Suri Cruise are moving back to California. She reportedly has splashed out $3.79 million on a new home in an exclusive Calabasas gate community. A beautiful 6,200-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. The duplex residence features a formal living room, a modern, eat-in kitchen and separate dining areas as well, all dressed with show dark hardwood floors, French doors and windows.
There is a spacious study and the master suite has a soaking tub in its en-suite bathroom. When you step outside, you’ll find a huge pool, a fire pit, a covered patio and a basket ball court too. According to TMZ, the main reason Katie has chosen to make the move to further her career, and also because she feels LA is a better place to raise Suri than the Big Apple.
The same source reports that the neighbourhood Katie has chosen is inhabited by lots of youngsters around Suri’s age, and there are also good schools in the area. Her new neighbors will include Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and Tony Braxton.
