A year and a half after purchase luxury Malibu home, Jensen Ackles of “Supernatural” has decided to sell it. according to listing agent Shen Schulz of Sotheby’s International Realty. Co-star of the long-running television series and his wife purchased the property in late 2012 for $4.8 million (although its original price was $5.9 million) and then gut-renovated the house and added several luxury amenities. Now, they’ve listed the property for $6.995 million.
The nearly 6,000-square-foot home sits on the gated property, which is about 1-acre. The Mediterranean single-family residence has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, large glass doors and windows with hardwood floors and high single-beamed ceilings. The master suite with ocean view has two balconies overlooking the swimming pool. There’s also a formal living room, a dining area, a family room, a modern kitchen with a breakfast area and an open terrace area.
Outside there’s a patio, gazebo, outdoor kitchen and grassy yard, as well as a guest suite above the four-car garage.
