Ferrari makes more than just sports cars. Their significant prancing horse was inspiration for many other products. But, for the first time you can make your move Maranello style with this carbon fibre chess and draughts set from Ferrari. This chess set from Ferrari is entirely handmade in Italy and is constructed using carbon fiber covered wood, fiberglass, varnished wood pieces, and is completed with a metal Ferrari shield on the front.
The chess pieces inside are made from black and red varnished wood, with the knight piece inspired by Ferrari’s famous prancing horse logo and also comes with 16 black and 16 red pieces to play draughts.
Priced at €1,230 ($1,620), this set is available now from the official Ferrari store. Also on offer at the store is a Ferrari 500 F2 reproduction model built 1:1.8 scale priced at a cool €11,180 ($14,730).
