Julia Stiles, has reportedly sold off her duplex condo in Gramercy Park, New York City, for $2.7 million. “The Bourne Identity” actress originally listed the property for $3.5 million, and finally sold it now, a months after moving to the East Village one-bedroom apartment.
“I feel great about it. Downsizing. Simplifying. I gave away lots of stuff. It feels like shedding your skin,” she told the Associated Press in July.
Luxury duplex at 310 E. 15th St., which she recently sold has a 2,081-square-foot with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It features hardwood flooring, drywall ceilings and large glass doors and windows. The unit has two wood-burning fireplaces, central air conditioning and its very own private roof deck private rooftop deck with a lovely and coveted, over-the-treetop view of the Empire State building.
