Italian fashion brand Marni teamed up with German artist, Magnus Plessen for its Fall/Winter 2014 collection. Magnus Plessen is best known for a painting style that shift fluidly between abstraction and representation. Now, specialy for Marni, he reworked two prints from his Zwei Figuren (2005) piece and put them on the tote bagts. The woman’s figure was split and reproduced on clothes which debuted in the runway show at Milan Fashion Week in February this year.
Now, the same prints adorn accessories like this beautiful printed leather bags. The shopper bag will cost you €1,180 ($1,550), while the dress can be yours for €1,630 ($2,150).
