Earlier this year, Numarine, the Istanbul-based high performance luxury yacht builder, presented Magneto – the all-new Numarine 70HT motor yacht. Magneto has been announced as one of the finalists for the Power Yacht up to 25 Metres Award in the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2015. This striking vessel seamlessly blends comfort, luxury, as well as performance to deliver the best yachting experience possible. Industry leading designer Can Yalman, having designed the rest of the yard’s line was commissioned to work in collaboration with renowned naval architect Tony Castro on the 70HT yacht project.
For the design, great emphasis was given to the sensation of space and light. A large one-piece windshield, over-size saloon side windows along with large side glass in the master cabin draw abundant daylight into the interior giving the occupants an overwhelming sense of freedom and a togetherness with the sea around them in all areas onboard. The radically modern interior reflects the contemporary design principles that set the luxury yacht ‘Magneto’ apart from anything else in its class. Modern colours, lacquers and wood veneering create a truly fresh environment.
Magneto features 3 cabins, with the galley below deck and full dining area at saloon level, or a 4 cabins layout with the galley seamlessly forming part of the saloon. A double crew cabin with crew mess is optional in place of the tender garage.
Outside, the spacious cockpit features a super wide aft facing sun-pad, vast dining area with wet-bar and a hydraulic platform as standard. The bow area offers a vast array of relaxation and sun bathing space on two separate sun-pads accompanied by a large ‘lounge’ like seating area complete with folding table for easy stowage.
Radically different from anything else on the market, Magneto “blends out” and turns heads wherever she goes.
