Mila Kunis has reportedly sold her Hollywood Hills home for $3,82 million just days before her due date. About one month ago, the pregnant star listed her Mediterranean-style Los Angeles bachelorette pad for $3,99 million. Luxury house at 3028 Paulcrest Dr, a private cul de sac in the heart of the Hollywood Hills features the 5,000-square-foot of interior space comprised of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. There’s a modern kitchen with a large breakfast bar and a combined living and dining space, as well as a fireplace, a home movie theater for eight people and a pool with a hot tub.
Interiors of the home features beamed ceilings, dark hardwood floors and an open floor plan. It also features floor-to-ceiling glass doors that give way to a huge entertaining patio around the pool, with spectacular views of the city, as well as a Crestron security system.
Kunis purchased the property for $2.885 million in 2008.
