Kirsten Dunst has listed her pad in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, for a whopping $12,500 a month. The “Spider Man” actress purchased the house in 2007 because she wanted a break from Los Angeles and wanted to start afresh after her stint in rehab. She paid for $3.09 million for it. Luxury apartment at 533 Canal St. is a two bedroom-one bathroom residence that has a formal living area, a dining room and a modern kitchen too. Currently it boasts dark hardwood flooring, exposed-brick walls, high ceilings and huge arched windows with views of the Hudson River.
The pad is apparently being offered for a one-year full time lease but short term leases of six months at least are also being accepted.
According to the listing: The home is “perched on top of one of the most iconic lofts buildings downtown,” and the place “has been furnished with the finest mix of modern pieces and antiquities and shall appeal to the most sophisticated of palates.”
The building itself has also been home to celeb residents such as Michael Stipe, the former lead singer of rock band R.E.M, Casey Affleck and director Gus Van Sant.
