Scream franchise star David Arquette has reportedly splashed out $7.15 million on a lavish mansion in South Plymouth, Los Angeles. Property records of the home show that the house was listed for $7.69 million, but Arquette managed to get a nice discount on the price.
The single-family Tudor-style residence features 9,708 square feet with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Interiors of the house boast of light hardwood floors, vaulted wood-beam and drywall ceilings and French doors and windows.
There’s also a formal dining room, a fabulous mahogany staircase in the main entryway, a media room in the attic, a butler’s pantry, a meditation pond, pool, and spa.
The house was built for Henry O’Melveny, founder of the law firm now called O’Melveny & Myers, but for more than 50 years it was owned by prominent LA family the Rindges.
