The fabulous star was spotted scoping out apartments alongside Fredrik Eklund, the “Million Dollar Listing” broker who is an agent with Douglas Elliman. The pair reportedly checked out an unlisted apartment and eyed the floor plans of several other units over lunch. J Lo’s budget is about $20 million ,and we hear the condo she checked out was closer to the $20 to $25 million mark. It might sound modestly, knowing that penthouse on top of Chelsea’s Walker Tower sold for whopping $50,9 million earlier this year.
According to the building’s Streeteasy page, five residences are on the market including two penthouse units. While one is listed for a huge $45 million, another is asking $25 million. With that in mind, we assume the building’s $25 million duplex penthouse.
