Dodge, a few months ago, has announced that the first production copy of the model Challenger SRT Hellcat will be sold at auction, and now it is happened. More specifically, the car was sold on September 27 at the Barrett-Jackson auction in Las Vegas, and the new owner, is a pleasure to sit by the wheel, paid $825,000 and all proceeds of course going to the charity purposes. The first 2015 Challenger SRT Hellcat is otherwise in Stryker Red color with Black Laguna leather interior, special marks and certificate of authenticity.
Under the hood is a 6.2-liter V8 engine with a supercharger and 707Hp / 880 Nm, paired with eight-speed automatic and the rear-wheel drive. As a reminder, the Barrett-Jackson auction is the first production of 2015 Ford Mustang sold for $300,000, the first production of 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Z / 28 is “gone” for $650,000, and for the first copy of the 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 the new owner is paid a $1Million.
