‘Zynga’ Founder Mark Pincus is selling his San Francisco Mansion for $18 million. If you missed the chance to see it during an open house on Sunday, you can bit peek inside here. The Dutch Colonial Revival is located at 2950 Pacific Avenue, in San Francisco’s Gold Coast – a spectacular enclave also known as “Billionaire’s Row,” with Larry Ellison and Jony Ive among the most notable neighbors. Built in 1907, the seven-bedroom, six full- and four-half-bath house features views of the Golden Gate bridge as well as other San Francisco icons, including Alcatraz, Mount Tamalpais, and the Marin Headlands. Interiors of the residence feature hardwood flooring, beamed wooden ceilings and beautiful designer wood-craftsmanship throughout.
The house has 27 rooms. The lower level encompasses the living room, the family room and the dining room. A modern kitchen and a powder room are also a part of the floor. The upper level has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms.
A den or study, a recreation room, a bonus room, an office, a library, laundry and storage rooms are also a part of the property. There is a five-car garage available for parking.
Pincus and his wife Allison reportedly purchased the home two years ago for $16 million, but some rumors say that they never really lived in the house. Listing photos don’t show any furniture either, which could further validate the speculation.
