NBA point guard Mike James has listed his Houston home for $7.49 million. The 9,286 square feet mansion which is comprised of 11 bedrooms and ten and a half bathrooms was being offered for sale earlier this year with an $8 million price tag. Interior features double height ceilings, large glass windows, hardwood and marble flooring, detailed molding and stone fireplace. Among amenities is a game room with a wet bar, a media room, an office/retreat, as well as two kitchens.
Also, there’s 2,000 square feet detached guest house. Outside, the residence has a putting green, a salt-water pool with a heart-shaped spa and an “adventure backyard”.
As expected from basketball star, the house is well-equipped for the modern athlete, featuring a detached sports complex, complete with an NBA regulation basketball court, a fitness center and hydrotherapy immersion tanks on nearly four acres in Rivercrest.
Earlier this year, James was signed on by The Chicago Bulls.
