This under-construction Manhattan triplex has been listed on sale for $44 million, according to the developer, Toll Brothers City Living. The main attraction of the 7,000-square-foot penthouse’s roof deck will be an 8-by-14 heated pool. Opulent penthouse spreads on the top three floors of the 16-story building, and features five bedrooms and 5½ baths, plus about 1,740 square feet of outdoor space, including exclusive use of the rooftop. In addition to the magnificent pool, the roof deck will boast a wood-burning fireplace, a wet bar and a built-in Wolf barbecue.
According to Toll Brothers City Living project manager Raphael Schwartz, the 1110 Park Avenue penthouse is one of the few apartments with a private outdoor pool on this section of Park Avenue, where many buildings were built about a century ago. This pool can’t be used year round; it is designed to be drained in the winter.
The nine-unit limestone building is slated for completion by fall of 2015, with six available units are available, starting at about $15 million.
