Don Johnson, the famous “Miami Vice” star has decided to sell his Montecito mansion for $14,9 million, just a year and a half after buying it. Johnson and his wife, Kelley Phleger, paid $12.5 million last year for the house, but they are selling it now because they found a home that has more space for horses. With expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, the roughly 11,300-square-foot home sits on 3 large acres of land and has four bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus a one-bedroom guest apartment. The residence offers panoramic views of the Pacific ocean and provides for ample recreation and entertaining spaces.
Originally built in the 1950s, the house was rebuilt and expanded in the early 2000s. It features French windows, large glass doors, light hardwood flooring and high cathedral beamed and drywall ceilings. There is also a music room, a gym and a media room.
Outside, the home has a in-ground trampoline, a dog run, a pool and lounge area and ample greens.
