TMZ broke news that Lady Gaga purchased a 6-acre estate across from Malibu’s Zuma Beach. The residence was reportedly listed for $24.95 million and sold for $22.5 million. The previous owner was Dan Romanelli, the founder of the consumer products division at Warner Bros. In addition to a prime beachfront location, the home has five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It also boasts an 800-bottle wine cellar, home theater, bar and a 1960s-era two-lane bowling alley – all accessible by a “secret door” from the living room.
Outside, the home has a vast expanse of manicured gardens, a putting green, an infinity pool with a spa and lounging areas and ample parking spaces. A bocce ball court and an 8-horse stable is also a part of the property.
According to the agency that listed the property, the house was “designed by notable architect Steve Giannetti and built by Finton Construction with the finest materials available, many imported from Europe. The space was tastefully and timelessly designed by celebrated interior designer Madeline Stuart.
